Here's a GREAT booklet (at 28 pages it is more of a pamphlet ... but WTF, for $3 you can't lose). It is a quick read and gives you great information. I recommend you also buy the author's other booklet "Filipina Girls 101: The single man's guide to dating and picking up girls in the Philippines " (also short and only $3) and read them back-to-back for an even better overview of the Angeles City and Philipina girl scene. Maybe the best part is to go to the author's blog (listed in the booklets) and get caught up on the entire SE Asia scene.

Good for people who have absolutely no idea what to expect. However, if you've traveled to SEA before, or you're willing to do a basic google search, then this ebook isn't worth the money.

Good information too know and what to look out for. I'm going to Angeles City for business not pleasure so this was an informative guide to let me know what to look out for.

HOT!

This review is mostly a "cut and paste" of my review of the Cebu book, with the word Cebu, changed to Angeles and a few other minor changes. He cuts and pastes in writing his book, so I decided to do the same; since it applies here the same. It's so lacking in detail, it's practically worthless. This "massive" 26 page guide book has little information and no details. He lets you know how to get a cab or bus from the Manila airport (NAIA), and lets you know areas where bars and girls may be found. Mostly, he only mentions things that fit what he likes to do. He does not do any research into other things that might interest a reader, but not him personally. He asked a price of $4.99. He has other 26 page books about other cities at the same $4.99 each, and if you combined 5 of them together, they would not be worth $4.99 combined. One of the laziest writers I've encountered on Amazon. When discussing the personality and culture of the filipino, he seems to do a cut and paste with other of his 26 page books. I guess with a full 26 pages to fill, he has to take some shortcuts. If your planning your first trip to Angeles, this isn't the guide book for you. You need more details, about how everything works. His advise is not good either. He advises not groping the girls in the bars. He prefers just a friendly stroke on the arm or leg, and give her high-fives. What's the fixation with high-fives? He sure mentions them a lot. I found the girls encourage groping, hoping for a nice tip. Go and have fun, but you don't need anything this basic to guide you. He lives in Cebu and has spent time in Angeles. You would think he would do a little more research when writing a book. I noticed he recieved a couple of good reviews, and to each his own. It would be more helpful and beneficial if he added another 100 pages to each of his guidebooks, giving more details, much more.

This was a very helpful book and made my first trip to Angeles go much smoother. Definitely saved me more than the cost to buy it with the small money saving tips inside - thanks a lot!
